Beautiful pheasant feather vintage formal hat. Likely from the 1920s, this hat is gorgeous. Rooster pheasant feathers attached to hat mold, with mustard yellow velvet around the mold. Amazing quality and in fantastic condition. Measures about 9” in diameter.
