Rare and gorgeous, this vintage Handpainted teacup and saucer has beautiful detailing and colors. The China saucer has beautiful cutouts and scalloped metallic blue edges with a gold tinge. Purple and blue pansies are painted onto the saucer. The teacup matches the saucer with its beautiful colors. The metallic blue rings the inside of the top of the teacup for a striking look. There are more pansies painted on the teacup to match the saucer. The bottom of the saucer and tea cup are stamped “Japan.” Gold edging around the saucer and cup. Beautiful piece. Saucer measures about 5” in diameter and the teacup is about 3” in diameter and 2” tall.
