Vintage India handcarved wooden box. Beautiful carvings of a butterfly on the lid with flowers carved into the butterfly, and floral carvings on all sides of the box, other than the bottom of the box. Truly amazing work. Measures 7”x 4.75” and is approximately 2.5” tall. The inside of the box is in great condition as well, with blue velvet? Or felt? On the lid and bottom of the box and wood on the edges to keep it in good condition. The hinges are still in great shape. A great gift for the butterfly decor collector, or a jewelry lover. Great vintage piece.
